Probably not, honestly. The best shot you have with an Apple Watch is the Ultra, but even that is not guaranteed. A Garmin is really what you need.

They‘ve kept the listed battery life at 18hrs for all prior generations of the Apple Watch for a reason, right? Even the 24 hrs listed for the AW11 has some caveats. “If I shut everything off I can make it to 48 hours” isn’t much of a selling feature.

Hypertension analysis is done over 30 day evaluation periods, starting from the day you set up hypertension notifications. So it's done once in 30 days. Maybe you need to wear your AW11 more. Apple is not saying anything precise about this. Why do you juggle 2 watches anyway?
