I think you should get a Coros right now, because it gives you way more accurate pace. Apple Watch always shows a slightly higher pace, which will lead to disappointment on race day when you realise your 5:40/km pace is actually more a 5:45 to 5:50 pace and your goal is a bit harder than you though.

I also have Fenix 8 and a AW8, and for training I prefer the Apple Watch because Garmin is to limited. For Weight Lifting I use Hevy, for Running Runna, for Hyrox Roxfit.
