It’s not my fault. I literally *can’t* have a smartphone.

Consider getting an Apple Watch, especially if you can afford and Ultra with LTE connectivity. I've used the AWU2 as a dumbphone before and it generally works very well, while being just about impossible to lose or have stolen.

Series 10 to Fenix 8 to Ultra 3

I have a slightly different take here. I own an AWU and AWU2. And a Garmin Epix Pro 2 Sapphire. I train most days. Obstacle course racing and shorter triathlon. Play racquet sports and golf. For my needs, the Apple Watch Ultra (with a couple of 3rd party apps) is perfect. Really accurate, easy to us

Switching from AWU1 to Instinct 3 (or vice versa). Any regrets regarding data accuracy?

Isn't perfect but it works. I don't see the point really unless you want to swap devices back and forth and use Bevel as the hub, why deal with it otherwise when everything you need is in Garmin natively. Whoop also suing Bevel so we'll see what happens there, in the meantime it makes more sense as

TinyPod Review - Day 1

I briefly addressed that in my review. I used to wear this as a watch but since switched to a Garmin. When I was still using my AWU2 as a watch, I did as you mentioned and it worked well. So this is suitable for those who have an Apple Watch but for whatever reason don’t want to wear it on their wri

Pixel watch 4 speed question

Update: I realized why mine was stuttering, I was using a third party face and that causes it. I just removed it and went back to a standard face and it's snappy again. I find the watch to just be average at speed. It stutters on things like when I go to delete an email or or mark a message as read

Realistically, how long does your Apple Watch Ultra 2 battery last?

That's a great feature. Unfortunately, this feature is not available in Apple Watch Ultra 2, so I cannot set a maximum limit of 80% every time. The best I can do is rely on optimized charging.

Which looks better

It’s not old and tired, it’s real, it’s just you are ok with a charging routine that others don’t like. I went from garmin to apple a few years back cause I thought the wanted the smart function’s, I’ve barely used them and now I wonder why I charge my awu2 every day or 2.

You can’t convince me Garmin is better than Apple

I’ve got both, AW ultra 2 and an Epix pro. They’ve both got things they are better at, the fitness stuff on the Garmin is still better than Apple, even with the implements and using TP apps. I’ve been out on my mtb this morning my Apple Watch says I’ve done 12000 steps which I obviously haven’t. The

Is AppleWatch Right?

Battery life. And a lot more health data. I got an ultra 2 but also a garmin forerunner 265. The data from the garmin is way more complex. Health battery, a sum up every morning, suggestions if I should go hard or low on the day. All nice, but only if you're deep into fitness. Apple watch is a smart
