Watch Ultra 3

I’ve been using the Ultra 3 for about a week now, mainly for running (1–2 hours a day, roughly 10h/week, 120km/week) plus strength training or yoga for about an hour daily. Quick story:

Have had an Apple Watch Series 6 for a long time (battery lasted less than a day). Decided to upgrade to the Apple Watch Ultra 3 - The battery lasted less than 48 hours (I’m aware that it’s reported at 42). By design, it’s a decent watch, but the battery life is laughable. It’s a joke.

Has anyone used an Apple Watch Ultra (3 or older) as their daily carry instead of an iPhone? Any experiences or tips to make the transition more seamless?
