New Machine Recommendations
I had an Ascaso Steel Duo PID but since I made the Gaggiuino, I haven't used it and gave it to friends to try out. I think in terms of potential to make high-end espresso, there are only very few machines that could outperform a modded Gaggia. Only the Decent, San Remo You or Meticulous come to mind
