6K dual monitors for productivity use: Asus ProArt PA32QCV vs. Kuycon G32P
I have the Asus PA32QCV, am mostly a productivity user, and it’s a good monitor for this use case. The matte screen is not as dramatic as reviews make it out to be — sure it is not as crisp as glossy, but it’s not that blurry either. When you have font scaling properly set (eg 200%), text that is pr

PSA: The matte coating on the Asus PA32QCV is very aggressive.
TLDR: Bright elements on dark background are blurry. Old setup was: primary matte IPS LG 27UD58 4K 27" secondary glossy 27" 1440p IPS from the Korean imports era of 2011-2012 tertiary M2 16" Macbook Pro. I got the PA32QCV to become the primary and move the 4k as secondary. I have a bright work desk

The 27" Studio Display XDR is great, but where is the real 32" 6K 120Hz successor?
Same for me. I have to adjust the angle of my Macbook screen to avoid reflections when working in my office. My Asus PA32QCV does not have that problem. And the sharpness is more than good enough for coding IMO.

My search for a macOS monitor upgrade has been atrocious at best.
I have a collection of LG Ultrafine I’m trying to sell if you’re in the Austin area. I have 2x 27” 5K and 2x 24” 4K. I upgraded to the Asus 32” 6K PA32QCV and I’m really enjoying it. Previously I used a combination of 1x 5K and 1x 4K Ultrafine. The matte finish on the PA32QCV isn’t noticeable to me

32” 6K monitor search after returning the LG 32U990A-S
I went with the ProArt PA32QCV myself, because it was on sale for $897.. since the Pro Display XDR I was in love with the idea of having a 6k 32" screen! And at that price, I just COULD NOT say no. I was very apprehensive about the aesthetics but after unboxing it and putting it next to my samsung 5

Editing monitor for Lightroom
Will you be editing for display HDR? if so, are any of those monitors supporting it? and bright enough? or are you thinking of moving to it in the future as it becomes more prevalent? that could be a factor. But even putting that aside, I'd look hard at the new ASUS ProArt Display PA32QCV. On pre or

Mac users - is the Studio display worth the premium over other monitors?
Check out the Asia ProArt displays. They have a 5k one 27 inch and a 6k one that is 32 inch. Reviews of both seems good. https://www.asus.com/displays-desktops/monitors/proart/proart-display-6k-pa32qcv/

Appple Studio Display owners, is it really worth that high price?
So, I think the calculus has changed significantly in the 10+ months since that was posted. There are now many 27" 5K and 32" 6K displays to choose from. I'm currently using two VESA mount 2022 Studio Displays in portrait plus an Asus ProArt PA32QCV 32" 6K as a landscape center display. I'm quite sa

Apple's Studio Display 2 Reportedly on Track to Launch This Year With These New Features
I gave up waiting and bought an ASUS PA32QCV. 6K at 32", and it costs less than a Studio Display. Oh and it comes with a fully adjustable stand as the standard option, and the standard option also supports VESA so I can mount it on am arm if I want rather than be stuck with what it came with. I'm no

How can I get a usable resolution for my display?
Hi all, I just got the ASUS PA32QCV 6K, and I love it. I also have been wrestling with HiDPI settings on macOS (26.4 Beta (25E5223i)), MacBook Pro M4 Max. My setup supports a HiDPI ceiling of 3360 × 1890. I'm learning to be happy with this resolution, but yet I wanted to try a step up, which I belie
