ROG Kithara

The ASUS RoG Kithara is the most comfortable gaming headset I’ve used.

If you have to have a headset, the Asus/Hifiman Kithara is the best bang for the buck gaming headset on the market, hands down. A used pair of Beyerdynamic MMX300s are hella decent as well.

My brother in audio... I loooooove Gadgetrytech, but $300+ for a pair of Astros is absolute madness. That is Asus Kithara/ Hifiman XS money. That's an entirely different realm.

Maxwell 2 all day. Directional audio, clarity and soundstage are top class. These people whining about “sub bass”. You don’t need that for FPS gaming. I have the Maxwell 2, ASUS RoG Kithara, and PC38x. I mostly use the Kithara with a Schiit Gunnr DAC/amp. The Kithara sounds the best of the three and is also the most comfortable by a significant margin.
