4K Mini-LED Gaming Value - KTC M27P6 Review

I have two setups at home. One for work (KTC M27P6 and MSI 274updfe16m) and one for gaming/personal stuff (oled/Asus Pg27ucdm). Colors across all three is excellent. HDR is excellent. Black levels are excellent too but perfect on the PG27UCDM. In mostly black or dim situations the minileds can have

Should I upgrade my GPU now?

If you can afford it, do it. I went from a 2080Ti to a 4090 a couple years ago and recently moved from 1440p 240Hz to the PG27UCDM. My games are probably similar to yours and I stuck with 1440p for years because I was concerned about frame rate in 4K but I have no issues even without DLSS, frame gen

Did I make a bad choice??

Oh for competitive play , it is a different beast altogether . There the added latency will be a problem . Your choice makes sense then . Although I believe that in the future Nvidia will manage to create 2x or even 3x FG with latency that low that it will only be a problem for the top level of prof

Is anyone else super excited for dynamic frame generation?

Yeah nah regular vsync is awful, just tried it in cyberpunk and fps was very very stuttery, and latency spiked 10-20ms higher. Currently changing ZERO settings in Nvidia app and using 4x framegen is the best for me, even if fps is over 240(260-280range) It can't even hold a steady 225 fps and dips r

What’s a good monitor for ranked

ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM - its 240hz so a little overkill for PS5 which max out at 120hz, but its extremely fast response times. It's also OLED so will look good for other games as well. 24" and 27" will have faster refresh rates. This ASUS is one of the best for console gaming for fast paced ga

Avis setup

4k gaming monitor with good HDR

If he cares about dark scene detail + real HDR, skip most IPS/VA “HDR400” stuff and go QD-OLED like the ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM—in Tarkov it’s night-and-day because OLED gives true blacks and near-instant response times

Is anyone else super excited for dynamic frame generation?

Beats me, but in cs2.. vsync fast with max frame rate cap to 237 looks much smoother with better latency than just strictly using regular vsync that caps fps to 225. Using PG27UCDM, cs2 is the only game I've tried fast vsync on, everyone says NOT to use it, but to me the game looks much better with
