ZenWiFi XT9 AX7800

If you cannot drill, and cannot run long ethernet cables, suggest you look at a tri-band wireless mesh system. My first was Tenda MW12, then Asus CT8, and currently using Asus XT9. The former 2 I handed down to my kids and they are happy enough with them at their homes.

This is what we did. Picked up some ASUS XT9's and hardwired the network in the house. There isn't a corner of the home that doesn't get a solid 900+mb/s over wifi

I'm confident someone will suggest the best solution is not a router or mesh, but router + APs (access points) -- and I'd agree with them.
