Audeze Maxwell 1 vs 2
Maxwell 2 had a bit of a hiccup at release. With silent DSP revisions in the Audeze software, the Maxwell 2 is now my daily. The Maxwell 1 is great, especially if you can get it on a deal. But the 2 has some upgraded features that make it better overall. - Magnetic earpads- Better side tone- Better

Is there anything that can be done about the Maxwell 2 hiss? Should I buy original Maxwells?
I had a very similar experience. I bought the Maxwell 2 and the hiss was extremely noticeable, honestly unbearable for daily use. I ended up returning them and getting the original Maxwell instead, and the first thing I noticed was that the Maxwell 1 also has a tiny bit of hiss, but it is much lower

Headphones recommendation
I have the audeze maxwells, great sound, good mic, wireless, ps5 compatible with the dongle, I also have big ears and they are comfy, these do not have noise cancellation tho but I haven’t felt like I need it. but if you are running hot with the sony xm5 these are not better on that front, I don’t t

help! Just a non gamer wife looking for the perfect gift
The Audeze Maxwell 2 is the best PS5 headset we've tested. The PlayStation variant enables access to Sony's Tempest 3D audio for virtual surround sound on PS5. This headset has a balanced sound profile on its default EQ preset. The bass range delivers enough punch and warmth to make sound effects li

i've looked into this exact comparison. the Audeze Maxwell is the winner for durability and repairability - it has a metal headband and replacement parts are sold separately. the battery life is insane at 80 hours. the Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro has hot-swappable batteries but the headband plastic

SteelSeries Nova Pro Omni vs Nova Elite - SIDETONE and ANC
Sidetone is better on the OMNI, more volume but still sounds a little off when compared to their Nova 3 & 5 which have awesome sidetone. Not sure why Steelseries can’t just get a consistent sidetone volume and clarity across the whole range? It’s like they have different audio engineers developing a

Mmx 330 pro vs competition
The 330 pro with dac (G6) if you go down that route, is amazing. Ive come from the Audeze Maxwell, which I hardly use now as the 330 pro is so good for gaming and music. It has sparkle and bass as well as excellent mids. I dig that the sidetone just works as sidetone should. The MMX 330 pro would be
