Seriously will someone suggest a brand that doesn't suck
I absolutely love the ErgoChair from Autonomous. Although I'd see if you can find a pervious model. Their current models don't seem to lean back quite as far and don't have the footrest that mine came with.

your son might like this ergochair pro. Not flashy but super comfy, esp if he sits long hours. Recline is smooth and the seat slide support make it a lot more adjustable than gaming chairs
