Après si tu mixe du cuit/mou hormis si tu veux de l’ultra lisse beaucoup de marques tiennent sans soucis. Sauf si tu prépare souvent/ grosses quantités Sinon bamix. Pro disques interchangeables

Seconding the Bamix! Mine isnt as old (5 years now), but I love that you can get all the separate parts. If the knife dulls, you just get a new knife, instead of an entire new stick blender. I blew the motor of my Braun one on some nuts, the Bamix can handle everything I’ve thrown at it so far!
