Be patient, making great espresso is not easy. You need a combination of good beans, grinder, water, machine and technique. It's fun if you like the hobby though! Get the best grinder you can afford. I love my Baratza Sette 270 for what it’s worth. I mostly do espresso but it can grind much more coarsely. I currently keep decaf beans in the grinder on my Breville Barista Express Impress and use the Sette 270 for my daily beans. The Sette 270 is loud but consistent. I’ll mirror what a lot of peop
