It probably would, it meets the minimum spec, however just barely. Those little PC's unfortunately just don't really hold up very well, they are Thin Clients and are more meant to be basically a terminal interface to a much more powerful server that does the actual processing. They tend to choke whe

The "Catch 22" is defining 5XXX. AMD's HyperTransport Lucienne Zen 2 5000 series is little more than a reissue of their 2020 Renoir Zen 2 4000 series under a 2021 standard. Likewise, the Infinity Fabric Architecture Barceló-R Zen 3 7030 series is simply a re-badged Cezanne/Barceló 5000 series APU. T

Look for the SER5 Max model with 6800H, EQR models have a limited TDP which reduces performance. https://www.amazon.es/Beelink-EQR5-Ordenador-Sobremesa-Pantalla/dp/B0DKHYVCJD/

There's no "magic" to a Mac Mini M4. You simply choose a non-ventilated case + CPU of 25W TDP or less. If one can't hear the fan while the fan is barely being used, there isn't much fan noise at all. The Beelink EQR5 has a single induction fan/non-ventilated case with a 15-28W cTDP (15W TDP) 5825U w

I went from a 4GB Pi4 to a 2012 Mac Mini with a 3rd-gen i7. Slow by today's standards, but still a huge ufgrade, not to mention the switch to a SATA SSD. I'm about to switch to a Beelink EQR5 I got for $240, and that was a very high-performance option. I can get a mini PC that's better than my Mac M

I think you would be spending money in the wrong places. With the ME Mini, you’re paying for the 6 m.2 slots. For your purposes, probably overkill. You can get something quicker, with a little more RAM, less storage, for less money and still have room to upgrade RAM and storage. I’d look at this if

It is lower powered, but this can be a benefit if you are very limited budget wise. For something so low powered, the dual fan design can be a little overpowered for it, and you can get something quieter with the same power like a Beelink EQR5 series, or something a little more powerful for not much

I'm using a Beelink EQR5 mini-PC connected to 48 TB of hard drives via USB. The mini-PC works great. I paid about $350 for it on Amazon, which includes Windows 11. In runs 24/7. N95 is too weak for windows (zbën) for a ~$300 budget I would recommend this: https://www.bee-link.com/products/beelink-eqr5?variant=46994723438834(you can play with the options if you want to really go under $300)
