I have the K8 Plus. The 6800H is a completely different processor from 2022. The 8845HS is newer with more powerful 780M integrated graphics from 2024. The Beelink SER5 MAX has soldered memory and no USB4. The K8 Plus has OCuLink and other features. The K8 Plus is more powerful and more future proof

The problem with the Beelink SER5 MAX 7735HS beyond the rebadged 6800H processor is the cost cutting lack of USB4 and the fact it's never been listed on the official website. I'd go with the Beelink SER5 MAX. It's $339. It has soldered on ram through so it's not upgradable but it's 24 GB vs. the 8 GB you had. It has 8 cores and 16 threads so it's many times faster than your old PC. You could argue it might be overkill, but it should be a good PC for years to come.

Just bought the beelink ser5 for approx. 350. Ryzen 5 5500U, 32gb ram, only one ssd slot. I want it to manage workflows and use it as nas. Still experimenting with it. But its silent.
