IMO this is the Best Value monitor for Mac Dell S2725QC (27" 4K 120Hz with USB-C) 5K is the best resolution for Mac but it comes at a high cost: Apple Studio Display BenQ PD2730S 27" 5K ASUS ProArt Display 27” 5K

I just bought 2 Dell S2725QC (27" 4K 120Hz USB-C) monitors and they've been great. It the best budget friendly 4K monitor for Mac IMO. If you have the budget for it check out these 5K options: BenQ PD2730S 27" 5K or ASUS ProArt Display 27” 5K

I’m a bit of a giant so big arms + old eyes = desk depth :) I say go for it then. Only other interesting monitor to check is the new BenQ MA270S. Only TB4 and 70hz but is glossy 5k and a third of the price!

I would personally go for the BenQ PD2730S 5K as having the extra resolution has always been beneficial for me. If color accuracy is extremely important for you (e.g. doing prints often), the PhotoVue may be a better option for you. I personally avoid OLED as the static elements of my photo editing

Looks very futuristic but is too big for my taste and needs. Now I’m looking at the new Benq PD2730S 27” 5k

Got the BenQ PD2730S, very happy with it, been using for about a month and no complaints, everything works solid & the 5K quality & scalling for mac is just 👌🏻
