The quality of the X4 screen

OMG! I'm so glad I'm not the only one that hates touch screens on E-readers I mainly use the Xteink X4 when away from home, and the BigMe B7 Pro at home. On the B7 I set it to only work with stylus, not fingers.

Torn between Boox go 7 gen 2 vs Big me B7

never, ever buy Bigme. the B7's software, like all Bigme software, is trash. I really wish someone who knew what they were doing with Android product development would buy them. Onyx needs real competition.

More ram in upcoming models?

I have a b751c and the b7, I can tell the difference, The B751C runs Android 11, while the B7 runs Android 14 and is a completely different design. I have the B751C, the B7 with 4 GB of RAM, and the B7 Pro. Before I updated my B751C to Android 14, there was a clear difference in performance compared

T13C review w. Eng subs

Also other devices such as the new Bigme B7. Is there something going on behind the scenes with WACOM? I'd imagine this being a huge blow to WACOM if E-INK (the manufacturer) turns away from WACOM's EMR standard towards these (I fear inferior) active pens (with USI standard?). So, the question must

Meebook G7C any good?

I have the m8 its faster and I like the larger size for reading manga and magazines. I didn't go with the m8c because the reviews weren't good and I already have a bigme b7. I find the b7 terrible for reading because the text is blurry and to dark to read without the frontlight on. The m8 is fast fo

Any good e reader under 150-200 USD

You're about $50-100 short in your budget but you might consider the Bigme's B7 line Here's a link to the spec sheet for the Bigme's B7 line https://x.com/i/status/1996773117486944468 although it does not include the B7 BW but except for the screen it should be identical to the color version (and th

Bigme vs Boox

It seems to me Bigme prefers to make new devices instead of working on their software. And there is lack of third party developers. I'd say their OS is like beta stage but you can't tell when they finish it. I have Bigme B7 and Boox GO7 so I can compare and my advice is go for Boox.

Got a B751C S to replace my Kobo : pretty disapointed

the colour is worse but i went with a bigme b7 over the kobo libra because kobos no longer have upgradeable storage. if you want to return it for something else check out this video there is a section comparing screens of a bunch of the coloured e readers. pocketbook inkpad 3 seems the best imo but

Help choosing a device

yes, the Tab Ultra C is not worth buying in 2026. it is extremely slow. the TUCP on the other hand is one of the three fastest e-ink devices ever built with its Snapdragon 855 SoC. it is on Android 13 which just went out of active support from Google this year but is likely to continue to be support

Looking for a 7" Android e-reader (I already have a Kindle)

If you want Libby, I'd avoid the Bigme B7. Ordered one and could not get any media from Libby to load. Just my experience.
