Add on camera failing to join sync module.
Exchange it. It’s most likely defective. I couldn’t add two brand new outdoor 4 cameras to my system a week after I added a brand new doorbell and brand new outdoor 4. The Blink tech team had me do the same troubleshooting steps for each camera with no success. I ended up returning them. I purchased
