Bought a m300xt se about a few days ago and the battery only maxes out at 95%. I tried calling both Blueparrott and Jabra support numbers in Australia but turns out support doesn't exist in the country anymore. Haven't heard back on the support ticket as well. I use this thing for critical emergency...

I purchased the BlueParrott M300-XT SE and I am having mic issues with my Windows 10 laptop and iPhone. For the laptop, I have tried paired using the USB dongle that came with the headset and bluetooth, and the iPhone with just bluetooth. The mic issues happen regardless of how I paired the headset....
