WARNING: Do NOT Buy Onyx BOOX. $500 Note Air5 C turned into a DEAD BRICK in less than a month, and support has completely GHOSTED me.

Over the years, I have owned and used: Note 5 Note Air 3C Tab X Go 10.3 Note Max Note Air 5C Go 7 Palma Pro 2 Go 10.3 II Lumi All worked flawlessly with zero issues. That being said, I buy them on Amazon, not from Boox directly, so I can easily return them if I need to.

What a jungle! Help!

Personally I'd go for Boox Go10.3 instead of Viwoods ai paper, just cause of value for money. Hard to bargain with twice the price but I don't have Viwoods, so maybe. Otherwise yeah, the Booze note air 5C is the way. If OP is still rooting for RmPP, then make sure you're good with the gallery 3 flas

Quelle tablette choisir ?

Ask Me Anything About My E-Ink Tablet Collection

I don't think rM is best for a uni student because their reading software is too basic. Boox devices have a lot more config options for viewing PDFs. The Boox NoteAir5C would be a good shout (but I can't remember how it compares in price to the rMPP - I think its a bit cheaper, but its still quite e

DIM to buy physical books!!

I got the onyx boox. Better than kindle because you can use the app store and download any pdf. It's cheaper too. Never buying physical books ever again. We had a whole library of physical books and I had to dust them monthly and check for termites. It's such a hassle.

Ipad or Boox for Sixth form student

You will enjoy your work and your reading much more on the Go 10.3 than on the iPad. It's not something you will regret buying. If you want to split the difference, you can get a Boox Note Air 5c. Also, if you need an LCD tablet for something, you can get a generic one for less than $100.

Help choosing a tablet to take notes?

In my opinion, the Boox Note Air5C is the perfect choice if you want it to have colors. All Boox tablets have the ability to write in color even if they have black and white screens and therefore their screen is unable to display them, meaning that they will be visible once you export the document t

SUPERNOTE Manta vs Remarkable Paper Pro!! Help me choose

Unless you really need color the manta is a far better choice : no subscription, great features like headings, links, digest (quite useful for an academic work. The only issue is no frontlight (but you can purchase a reading light An other option would be the Boox note air 5C Remarkable is not a bad

Thoughts on remarkable?

Lots of better alternatives. Viwoods Aipaper, Viwoods Mini, Boox Note Air 5C, Boox Go 10.3 Lumi, and others from Bigme and Supernote. They all run Android, are more powerful, have better screens, allow you to use apps, and are generally better priced.
