What would you buy to make life easier?
I’ve loved my bose QC45 for about 5 years going now. They’re lighter than the Sony ones and I recently saw that they come in many nice colours now! I just purchaded the QC ultra earbuds because sometimes I need a break from headphones (I wear glasses so can get uncomfy if I’m already developing a mi...
some bose qc ultra earbuds gen1 v gen2 graphs
Happy Friday, we're (rtings) going through validation for the Bose QC Ultra Earbuds Gen2 and figured we'd share some findings.
**Frequency Response**
[fr looks pretty similar, customtune isn't a major factor for differences as the rig we're using is the same \(bk5128\)]()
**Noise Isolation (full ...
PowerBeats Pro 2's sound awful. Should I return?
Loved how they felt, love rhe design, love the battery life. ...but the sound? Was not good. Im on android so I got some bose Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds...and was shocked at how much better the sound and noise canceling were in comparison. Used my friends airpods pro 2 and they were better than...
Bose quality is dieing
Was it the small one? I bought two like two years ago. Same issue. No solution other than to send it back. Sent it back for a replacement, installed second one. Second one had the same issue. Sent it back too. Got initial replacement, same issue again. Three of them that died on me within 3 months b...
Are the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds worth it?
I have the Quietcomfort Ultra Earbuds. They're comfortable, sound really good and the ANC is incredible but, I have had lots of issues with them in the 5 months since purchase. Started periodically with one or the other bud cutting out with a super loud pop. Then the occasional disconnecting issues....
What pods/headphones/buds do you use?
I use my Bose quiet comfort 2 earbuds. Put them on transparent mode and you can hear your surroundings just as well as bone condition but with great audio quality. Battery life isn’t long enough for ultras though, maybe get 4 hours out of them
I don't know what earbuds to get!!!
Yes. I’ve owned all Bose qc models and daily headphones now. The batteries just don’t last. Keep the QCUE as backup. But ultras if you must.
Fell in love with these when I tried them out in a showroom a couple years back and now I finally own them (Bose QC Ultra. My first Bose)
I just got a pair about a month ago. (I also got a pair of Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds at the same time). These are more comfortable than the QC45's which was my previous headphones. The padding on the top of the head is much softer and very comfortable especially on a flight. I can fall asleep with...
Best wireless earbuds you have for daily use and music?
I don't have the answer for you, but I really dislike Bose right now. The original Quiet Comfort Earbuds were AMAZING, I had a pair that lasted way longer than expected. It was an obvious choice for me to try the newer versions, especially the Ultra. Both versions gave me nothing but problems at the...
Sony Xperia Ear (XEA10) is a discontinued long time ago - But I really love this earbud. Battery died a year+ ago. Who knows where to find a battery replacement for a new one and how open this bud. And is it possible in general terms? Thanks to all 🙄
When I was in Japan, at one of their huge electrical stores I was able to try out just about every earbud of the market, connected to my Xperia 1V. My primary criteria was comfort and noise-cancelling efficiency. The Sony earbuds were kind of OK, similar to the Apple buds, but much easier to connect...
