What are the best coffee makers worth buying the MOST out there?
I need something that lets me choose the temp, flow rate and bloom time; has both cone and basket options; has a thermal carafe and no hot plate; is easy to clean; and lets me set a time for it to brew automatically before I get up in the morning so I have a reason to get out of bed. That is the Bre

Need Help with the Best Drip Coffee Maker 2026?
Honestly, if you want something that just works and lasts, I’d check out the Breville BDC450 Precision Brewer. What I’ve learned makes a “best” drip coffee maker is: consistent brew temperature, even water distribution over the grounds, easy-to-clean parts, and durability. In my experience, the Brev

What’s the best coffee maker machine right now that Coffee lovers currently love the MOST?
Had a Sage (Breville) Precision Brewer paired with a Wilfa Uniform for 2 years. It made good coffee and had enough customization to enable you to dial stuff in, but in my experience, the lid design on the carafe is absolutely atrocious and you cannot fully drain it, leading to coffee crust and mold

After 6 years of espresso, I’m throwing in the towel. The toddlers won... for now.
I cannot NOT recommend Breville Precision brewer enough unless they've actually fixed the lid and thermos "lip". You literally can't clean inside the lid and it becomes a mold factory. Wash the carafe, water stays stuck inside rim. Also, the "pour over" feature (which requires another like $30 acces

Best brewer for busy dad?
I love my French press as well, but I have difficulty keeping most of the grounds out of the sink, and while clean-up objectively does not take long, subjectively it is more of a pain compared to pour-over, or rinsing the basket and carafe on the Aiden or Breville/Sage Precision Brewer.

I am really liking the Breville Luxe Brewer Thermal - BDC465
Is the lid to the caraffe still a trap for dirt, water, mold etc or can it be cleaned? It kinda looks like the old lid that got ALOT (https://www.reddit.com/r/Coffee/comments/m00kcm/psa_breville_precision_brewer_caraffe_lid/) of criticism that was totally ignored by Breville

Tell me about the way you brew your cb
I use the Breville precision coffee maker. It has a cold brew setting. It can steep for up to 24 hours. Has a timer telling it when to release the (filtered) brew into the carafe. Super easy cleanup. makes 20 to 32 ounces. Image: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/breville-the-precision-brewer-glass-12-cu
