Coros Apex 4 so far?

I'm using Apex 4 since February, for me it's perfect watch, but im Coros fan since last 7 years. Transfer from Apple watch will be a huge improvement for you, but please remember that Coros is more sport than smart watch. Very good for running, hiking, cycling but not for reading mails. I love sapph

Runners should already check Coros instead of Amazfit

TRex is also all plastic, thin metal on top is cosmetic only. I didn't mention the T-Rex, but the $1100 Fenix 8 is also steel or titanium sandwiched between a polycarbonate body. 1.2 screen is better than 1.5 screen if they show the same information You can display more information comfortably on a

I have an Apple Watch and I maybe want to switch to coros. My problem is the build quality.

Got a Coros Pace 2 in Dec 2020, it is plastic and cheap, feels plastic and cheap. But it still worked fine when I used it for a run yesterday. Everything still works. Got an Apex 2 in 2023, titanium bezel and Sapphire glass feels solid and premium, but the charging port failed after about about 1.5

Nomad Review

The Nomad is essentially an Apex 4 in a bulkier polycarbonate body with a normal glass screen. It's Coros's answer to the Garmin Instinct series, and has a lot more functionality as well (like maps!) that Garmin gates to their higher end devices.

Apex 4 is a disappointment

I agree with the both of you. I don't think that every release has to be ground breaking or revolutionary. Pardon the pun but the Apex has reached its apex in terms of MIPS hardware design. Other than adding a flashlight and making the watch more premium and with an appealing "cool" factor, the Apex

DC Rainmaker - Coros Apex 4 review

My beef here and it was expected, is that it's essentially a Nomad, dressed up. You have the microphone\speaker which is a novelty. You have the sapphire display and metal case - which are literally for treks where you are in foliage or scrambling - to that point, even the guide on our gorilla trek

Goodbye Polar

Your comment makes no sense. How many reviews you found about Pacer Pro that mention the same problems that you have? Your watch is 4 years old it started to malfunction when it was 3 - it's almost 70 years in human years :) Finally, you didn't find many reports on COROS Apex 4 having the same probl

Coros Apex 4 Vs Garmin Fenix 8

I tried out a fenix 8 earlier this year. Had it for about a week and used in parallel with my Apex 2. It was my dream upgrade at the time. This is my personal takeaway: I didn’t like the feedback on the Fenix buttons. The clickiness of the coros watch was sooo much more satisfying. As well as using

Nomad Review

I just got a Nomad couple of weeks ago. I upgraded from the Apex Pro 1. I did not have to, the watch was running great. But I found a great deal and jumped on it. The nomad is great. My reasoning behind getting it was: you get 90% of the Apex 4 (the important 90%), for 70% the price, or even less if

I have absolutely no idea which model is right for me. Can anyone provide suggestions?

I think the Coros Nomad is the better choice IMO: excellent battery life, somewhat rugged casing and offline maps. The Nomad has strong battery life, you can go on a single charge for up to 22 days. Of course when using the GPS you're not going to get the full 22 days. Also it's a bit more rugged th
