is this a reasonable price for Coway Airmega AP-1512HH(W)
The AHAM 2/3 rule stipulates you need a minimum of 140 CFM CADRs. If you're prone to wildfires, Smoke CADR needs to equal a room's area; in that case, you'd need a min. Smoke CADR of 210 CFM. Need Help Deciding- 3 Options
I personally use 20x20 MERV 13 CR boxes for pet dander / dust / hair and use small HEPA filters near litter boxes. I built my CR boxes for ~$85/ea. I found it better to have higher flow rate for those heavier particles. I use Coway Airmega AP-1512HH for HEPA filtration and love it. Indoor air qualit

HEPA air filter recommendation
I have a coway AP-1512 for my bedroom or similarly sized rooms and it works great. It has a double pre-filter that removes hair and odors as well as a thick sturdy hepa filter that seems to collect a lot of particles over time. Good indoor air purifier for dealing with the wildfire smoke?
I became a Coway fanboy after last year's fires. I have 3 of them at home and 2 at work, bought one for my parents & love them all. The cylindrical Airmega 100 model is good for small bedrooms & offices. The Airmega AP-1512 "Mighty" is larger & is good for living rooms or large bedrooms. The big squ

Best overall: Coway Airmega AP-1512HH Mighty Probably the safest “default” choice.
