Now that's a Proper Bambu! Using a BTT Mobo

Qidi seems like they're still figuring things out, especially design wise. Due to my experiences with Creality (12 heavily modified Ender 3s + K1 Max), and watching them rush printers to the market to seem like they can compete with Bambu.... It would take something really special for me to ever eve

Looking at getting this for terrain.

Honestly, I have K1 Max and if you are new to printing...then I would recommend getting a Bambu instead. Outside of hardware, the customer service and experience hasn't been fully realized for Creality yet. And while I have never experienced anything like some of the horror stories like some of the

Idiot! I can't believe I wasted a year on this!!!

Welcome welcome! I, too, am an Ender 3 survivor. While the experience of building it and dealing with all the fiddley settings was valuable, I can say that I have had my Bambu X1C for a year now and only now is it politely asking me to perform maintenance on it. And it still works better than my Cre

I love my CC but...

Yeah giga is a bit too big for my needs. Also from what I've seen it's not a great machine overall. I've had some old creality machines in the past and just got a K1 max which has been giving non stop problems since buying it so I was looking into some other options. The CC has been very reliable so

Looking for the best printer for cosplay armor

I mean big stuff is guna take alot of time regardless. Unless you split the model between two machines. Were you wanting a single machine or just another to split things between? P2s or x2d within bambu under $1000 but build volume basically the same as an a1. Creality k1 max but if you dont want to

Planning on building the MTU by 737diysim

If you decide for a bigger printer, do not, I repeat: DO NOT buy a creality K1 Max. I did for exactly this project (I also bought the STLs). The K1Max is a really problematic device. All the best for your project

CFS-C instalado en una K1 Max 2023

Can you please give more detailed information about how you installed the CFS-C firmware via SSH. I also have a 2023 K1 Max however I can't get the printer to detect the firmware. I also had the CFS installed however for me, I couldn't get the CFS to work. If you followed a link, video, or anything

SUNLU Filament Profiles for Bambu Lab H2 Series, X1 Series, P1 Series, and A1 Series are done and listed.

I'm assuming these profiles aren't going to work aswell on a creality K1 max? It's a shame if that's the case as I'm struggling to dial in my sunlu on K1.

New A1 model?

It's a mixed bag. On paper the Sparkx i7 does have a lot of advantages over the A1. Larger build area, usable camera (60fps), open source klipper firmware, etc.. The issues with Creality printers in general is they have a poor out of box experience. A lot of users experience QA issues that have to b
