Recently got a K1 MAX and not too sure how to use it

Download and install Creality Print. It's the software you use to prepare ("slice") and upload a file to your printer for printing. Assuming that you did the setup for your printer correctly, it should now be on your wifi network. You should then be able to find it from the Creality Print software a

Definitive cause of localized circles

I can't confirm whether or not this is the cause of the problem as I am not about to disassemble my K1C. From a printer-mechanic point of view, this does not make a whole lot of sense. A wobbly bushing on the second gantry rod should not cause dimensional inaccuracies. If it were a fault (and not de

My detailed K1C + CFS-C review

I just went through all these same issues with my k1 max upgrade. So many small changes needed from ptfe tube, orca slicer printer codes, new cfs extruder and cut module, and cfs feeder/splicer jamming and feeding wrong. Finally still working 80% of the time with Minor ghost feeding and retracting w

K1c com cfs-c ou K2 combo?

The k2 was designed with multimaterial in mind, it functions far better as a whole than either of crealitys attempts at cfs and cfs-c The K1 makes a larger purge tower with the cfs-c to compensate for the lack of a poop chute

I absolutely HATE my Creality K1 Max.

I can see why you have frustrations. Both my K1M’s had 2k+ print hours before I started modding them. Tuning took a while on them before modding, but once dialed in - print results were great. Modding is a black hole that I may never climb out of - I’ve tried 6-7 different hotends, BCJ linear rail s

Anycubic is absolutely CRAZY. Apparently I need an engineering degree to fix my one month old Kobra X

I agree that the technical jargon can be decoded, but it’s really stunning to me that this is what they would offer as the solution. Did I work on electronics systems in the Navy? Yes. Do I have a multimeter? Yes. Could I do everything that they suggested? Absolutely. But the point is I shouldn’t ha

Printer recommendations?

I second almost all of these points. I ordered my C1L from PrintedSolid and liked that it was assembled in the US. Got it last week which was a 3 week delivery time so they beat the 4-6 weeks lead time they had posted. I can’t compare to a bambu labs machine, I don’t like their cloud restrictions so

Wow this sucks, brand new any cubic kobra x

My first printer was a creality k1 that in the entire time i owned it I had two issues that needed fixing. It's kind of worrying that people just accept this level of failures as normal after paying several hundred dollars for these. That goes for any brand. I can't even get responses to open ticket

K1 Extrusion issue

I changed and updated my extruder to good gears and all that on my k1c and this is what I've found with certain filaments like petg and exocit pla, you have to do lid open printing, is the short answer. When printing fully enclosed the machine heatsyncs, extruder gears warm up, and instead of grabbi

Creality k1 klipper 0.13

So 0.13 klipper still has not merged the final pieces of the load cells stuff, even when it does it wont matter because the load cells stuff requires scipy which is not available for the k1 series at all. There is a hardware mod and a klipper fork you can use to try and use the load cells with open
