The Crucial BX500 ain't no replacement for the MX500. It's a joke compared to the MX500 and sometimes performs a lot worse than hard drives. Everyone else is either sun setting their good SATA SSDs or secretly downgrading. I guess everyone views m.2 as the future for consumer SSDs.

As Storage, I use one Crucial BX500 1TB SSD and a m.2 samsung 980 pro 1TB.

I installed proxmox on the crucial, because I didn’t want to waste space on the m.2.
