This is how the fans are set up in the BIOS. So you can't change anything. Dell should fix it, but they won't do it. This is one of the reasons why I plan to replace my Dell Alienware 18 Area-51 with another laptop.

Absolutely agree with you, awcc on my x16 r2 just dont work properly. Got rid of it. Now it boots up quicker and performance is as it should be. I'd like a new aw area 51 18 inch, just give me a prod when dell fixes their issues, i might get my wallet out!
