This is how the fans are set up in the BIOS. So you can't change anything. Dell should fix it, but they won't do it. This is one of the reasons why I plan to replace my Dell Alienware 18 Area-51 with another laptop.

When can we get battery charge controls in AWCC? Dell disabled Dell Power Manager and it doesn't work on my Area 51.

The BIOS update didn't fix my lights. Touchpad, power key, tron light, and alien head were all customizable in CC last week, but during some support assist update they stopped showing in CC. I can still configure my keyboard, but the rest is missing. The keys are now permanently lit up. Wish Alienwa
