S2725QS

I’ve just upgraded my WFH setup and purchased two Dell S2725QS monitors. They’re connected via DisplayPort cables to my docking station (HP USB-C Dock G5).

I’ve attached a video here of what’s happening. Any suggestions of what might be causing this or how to fix this?

I bought a Dell S2725QS for my new M4Mac Mini and I'll be returning it. I spent days trying to calibrate the colors, and on the phone with Dell and Apple support without success.
