Just took mine l50 ultra in where I bought it. They are sending it in to repair. Mop pads not detected halvf of the time. Won't raise mop pads. So it having a hard time to get in the ducking station and some times it won't start the cleaning program. Not using water any more when it's mopping. The s

I've never had a Roborock, but I had an ecovacs and boy was that machine horrible. It couldn't go 5 minutes without getting lost or getting stuck on something. I upgraded to the Dreame L50 Ultra and i haven't looked back since 🤷‍♂️. Money well spent I reckon

You’ve pretty much nailed the trade-off already. Functionally, the L50 Pro Ultra and X50 Ultra Complete run the same software base, dock the same way, and clean about the same. The X50’s “flagship” label mainly comes from ProLeap wheels, slightly higher suction spec, and the bundle of spare parts. T
