Advice needed

the DROP PC38X is good. Mic quality isn't great, but solid headphones. Open back design so has more natural sound and lightweight design that will survive wear and tear.

Best WIRED gaming headset

Alternatively, the Drop PC38X are actually a collab between Sennheiser and Drop to make an audiophile gaming headset. They go almost head to head with the 560S as far as sound quality, and the built in mic is pretty great - better than the Sennheiser BAM mic by a lot. Another big thing to consider i

Switching from IEM’s to PRO X2 light speed…

I bought these and returned them immediately. I don’t use IEMs (yet, although I have a few pairs). I’m currently rocking the Sennheiser 560s and came from the Drop PC38x. Love them both, insane for games like CS2. I hear so much more than usually everybody else on my team. Really suggest either of t

christmas gift suggestions

Stay away from gaming headsets and buy a real headset. They are way better in sound quality. https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-x-sennheiser-hd-58x-jubilee-headphones?searchId=1f3114341dea034bfde57df6ed1405cb#signupv2 https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-sennheiser-hd6xx At these current prices go with the HD6X

Do you guys have issue with the mic?

It is both, the mic is basically raw and not tuned at all it seems. But you can literally fix it with an EQ and some db increase. I've said it here before, but, in my opinion the best headset mic is the one on the PC38x from Sennheiser/Drop. With an EQ you can't really change those much. But with th

Recommended PC headset for boyfriend

Might be too late here, but I would strongly suggest not buying a gaming headset. With $500 you could buy the best sounding pair of headphones he's ever going to wear with a really quality external mic. Sounds extra but there are even options when it comes to external mics that just attach to the he

My first Audio Gear purchase

all of the headphones you mentioned are pretty bad. i would not recommend getting any of them. you haven’t mentioned if you have a standalone mic or not, so i’ll give you reccs with and without a mic. between iems and headphones tho. it’s honestly comfort for you and you should decide what is most c

What headphones you use daily?

I use the Drop x Sennheiser PC38X, but rarely for music since I have a really nice sound system. They're great for gaming, movies and music though. Very transparent and high fidelity. And they have a built in mic that is good enough for average tasks.
