speakers for turntable
You need to specify active or passive speakers. If you get active (powered) speakers you can connect them directly to the turntable. If you get passive speakers, you will need an amplifier in between the turntable and the speakers. Edifier are popular for budget active speakers, but I would look for

Hello anyone and everyone here!!! I just bought the Lavender Midnights Vinyl at Target, and I'm trying to find a generally cheaper Vinyl Record Player, so I thought, what better than to ask the experts. What are some good record players to buy so I can play Taylor's Vinyls without damage or worry.
Can confirm the combo is AWESOME! I've got the AT-LP60X player, Edifier R1280DBs, and Soomfon BT17 Adapter to make the player BT capable. The 1280DBs are blue tooth capable so if you get the adapter or the LP60XBT version, then you don't have to run wires. Bluetooth does degrade the sound quality so

Beginner DJ: 5 months in reflections, questions, speaker recs
For my house I use the Edifier R1280DBs speakers. The big boys stay in storage, there is almost NO ready for them to be in the house because they pack a lot of power. As far as the basics -- are you not comfortable talking to your friends ? They can probably help you a lot faster and in context in f

Studio Speakers for Home DJ Practice : 10k-15k - $110-170
I have some Edifier R1280DBS and have been quite happy with them. The option to add a sub is helpful, though living in an old flat I've not really had occasion to need one or really crank the volume. I am hardly an audiophile but they do their job well, fit your price range and are available on Amaz

Upgrade 🖥️
Those are Edifier R1280DBs — really good speakers for my needs (music, videos, gaming). What was important to me is that the bass reflex port is on the front, so I can place the speakers close to the back wall.

Speakers for my DDJ-FLX4
I have the Edifier R1280DBs, which gives the option to add a sub to your setup. I've not got a sub personally due to living in an old flat but have been happy with the speakers as they are.

Stereo setup for bedroom
I've been looking into the edifier products and I am trying to decide between r1280dbs and r1700bts. 1700 seems to have better quality and bluetooth connectivity. But thinking about future proofing the setup, I see both have a sub-out so that's great, but the 1700 does not seem to have a coaxial or
