Yes resin printers are still going. We have the Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra and that thing has amazing good resolution. We print tiny gears with tough resin. Recently a new resin printer capable of full-colours was on Kickstarter. inew3D. Pricey for the layman, but incredibly capable printer.

I recommend the mars 4 ultra, but to change the fep for the mars 4 non ultra out of the box. The mars 4 ultra comes with ACF film which is cloudy and can reduce print sharpness. The mars non ultra 4 has a clear fep. Very easy to change. Or just live with the cfa film, its less sharp but not by a mas
