Yes resin printers are still going. We have the Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra and that thing has amazing good resolution. We print tiny gears with tough resin. Recently a new resin printer capable of full-colours was on Kickstarter. inew3D. Pricey for the layman, but incredibly capable printer.
