logitech software is annoying with that, settings dont save properly sometimes i switched to emeet c960 cause it saves zoom settings without needing extra software, way less hassle for daily calls

it depends on department but most kcl exams use proctoring now, usually webcam on but not always screen share if you need webcam anyway emeet c960 works fine with proctorio and respondus, way better angle than laptop built in cam for proctored exams
