Okay stupid question. What security camera can I get with no monthly subscription, and does link to my phone with motion detection and records?? Two way talk would be nice. I don’t even care if it records the whole time??

What do you do with a neighbor that steals?
There are eufy cams that have integrated solar panels. Work great during summer. Work less great during winter with high traffic.
