Personally, I would never buy a v1 product from a company that has no established history making that product. Fellow also has a sub-par reputation when it comes to build and software reliability. It’s time people realize that Fellow products are not built to last, they’re built to look good and work for a year-ish until they start breaking down. In a year from now, Reddit will be full of similar posts to this talking about how their Fellow ES1 espresso machine has broken down or complaining

The Gaggimate is absolutely fantastic. The profiling UI is vastly superior to the Meticulous or even the new Fellow Espresso Series 1. Also, the newest GCP's (2026 manufacturing date and later only) are made with lead free brass due to upcoming changes in European law which they are getting prepared
