So yes you would be correct that DPO would be the number of days after the day with the circle around it. But, as other mentioned since you are TTC, solely relying on the app is not helpful. There's things you can check in order to help you understand when you're most fertile: Cervical Mucus: Wet &

I got the Femometer G1 2 weeks ago and I really like it so far. I was looking for a ring for the same reason. I like that I only have to wear it at night and it seems accurate so far. The company makes the tempdrop band and other bbt products so this makes me trust it a bit more. I heard Oura does n

I didn't know there were other ring options, so thanks for sharing this femtech! As you seem to already know, the concerns with using a ring to obtain temperature is that it's not technically basal body temperature because its too far away from your core. Even tempdrop is not validated for most meth

I use the Oura ring. I’m unfamiliar with the others. If you want something just for BBT and want to save some cash, go with the femometer. If you also like the additional insights Oura gives like sleep monitoring, exercise, and other things, invest in the Oura ring. I personally really like mine and

I used the premom strips with the app and found it quite easy. I have a very quick peak, so I had to test multiple times a day to make sure I didn’t miss it. I also used the Femometer ring to confirm ovulation. I found the combination worked well for me.

If you invest in any wearable device, let it be Tempdrop. The Ultrahuman company sent me their ring to try, and I was excited to see the data and how it holds up for temping. It tried for 3 months, and the data was very inconsistent to the point I would not feel comfortable trusting it solely to tra

Thank you so much for all of your information and guidance!! I’ve been tracking my cycles for almost 6 months now I believe, but only in the last few really started tracking my body signs like CM and BBT. When we tried before, we inseminated 12 hours after a positive LH strip and then 12 hours after

I use a femometer thermometer, so not the ring. However, I highly recommend not relying on the femometer app at all as its interpretations are very bad. Some people have great luck with the oura ring. Femometer ring is quite new so there's not much data available on it. You can also consider learnin
