Earlier today, my school district banned students from wearing smartwatches during school hours. I usually keep mine on during the school day to check the time, track my health, and record workouts during PE. But when I walked into first period on the first day of the 2025–26 school year, there was

No screen, no extra sensors, yet still only 7 day battery. No reason to change my charge 6 that lasts 7 days with 20% battery left. I get that Fitbit started without screens, but having a screen to track interval work, glance at HR while working, and even just to check the time is really useful. Cha

GPD mini PC - day to day browsing, YouTube, ect.

Fitbit ch

I had a Samsung Watch 6 and moved to Fitbit Charge 6 for similar reasons. I won't buy the Air as it's just a Fitbit Charge 6 without the screen, but I'll definitely get one if my Charge 6 breaks. I love my Fitbit Charge 6 (it's my 4th FB, I started with the Flex), and I'm 100% satisfied with its features and performance. I use it as a watch, too. Absolutely no complaints. I guess I'm an outlier. I expect Google to mess the Fitbit up with whatever "improvements" they're planning.

You have already used Fitbit before. Their HW is fine. Most of the complaints is about public review app. Don’t use public review and everything should be fine. I’m using Charge 6 for exercise and sleep tracking. It’s good.

I am an apple user but would never buy an Apple Watch in its current state. I love not having to charge my Fitbit every day and the low cost comparatively but maybe when my charge 6 dies it’ll be time to reassess cause the app is utter nonsense half the time

My Charge 6 is still working great after 1.5 years. Actually, all my fitbits lasted a long time.

I want to buy Fitbit charge 6 for my mother especially for sleep tracking.

Is it still worth the money in 2025 for people on budget ?

Respectfully, this is a terrible idea. Smartwatch OS's are fiinicky need a ton of support, and the best ones have great apps to match up with them. I doubt Unihertz is going to want to support these indefinitely and I wouldn't be interested In any fitness or smartwatch apps they'd create. I'm using
