Inspire 3 vs sleep study
Hi,
I did a sleep study at the hospital recently, and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was suspicious after seeing the sleep results on my inspire for a while.
Here are some value comparison between the sleep study and the inspire.
REM sleep : 36min inspire 36.5min study
Wake time : 58min insp

Do you think polar will realise a better alternative to whoop than amazfit?
I really had high hopes for the sleep tracking on the helio strap, but it’s not good it’s not trash but not good. Fitbit inspire 3 costs like 60-70€, have a better algorithm for the sleeptracking then the helio strap. But fitbits OS is trash, and doesn’t offer many thinks from my perspective. Polar

What are your biggest hacks, tools, or routines for managing HyperPOTS (especially brain fog)?
Sadly, the one thing that helped most was pacing and patience. My brain fog always lifted in weird healing shifts - like I was extra terrible for 3 days, then I woke up 30% better. My list: compression stockings (too ADHD to think about about leggings..) lying down as much as I possibly can. Sit in

Inspire 3 a good decision?
Hey all, I used to be a Fitbit user about 7 years ago. Since then, I had been an Apple Watch user. While I was happy with the metrics, I sold my Apple Watch because I was getting overwhelmed by notifications plus I started hating the weight on my wrist.
Since I sold it, I started missing all the go

Don't trust the heart sensor on your device!!!
I have been using the Inspire 3 for a couple of months, and I discovered something concerning this morning. The heartbeat count sent from the device to the app in real-time is (at times) so way off that it changes all the functions the app calculates and reports to us.
I usually listen to an audiob

Inspire 3 Sleep Tracking Bug?
I bought a Fitbit Inspire around a month ago to help track my sleep. I’m a really poor sleeper and wanted to be able to get a better idea of how I am sleeping.
At first I loved the information I was getting but over the last week, it seems to be bugging out on me. The sleep parameters are usually n

Long time Apple Watch user considering switch to Fitbit Air
I also use an Apple Watch (SE3 40mm), however, I have preordered the Fitbit Air. I intend to keep using my Apple Watch on my dominant wrist, and the Air on my non-dominant, which is what I am currently doing with my Inspire 3. Why? I enjoy the Apple Watch’s smart features and it’s health data, but I

Have smart watches helped you in any way?
My Fitbit broke recently after having it for years. I hesitated to replace it because I felt like I didn't use it that much and had even recently turned off phone notifications so they weren't on my wrist distracting me. The things that ended up getting me to buy another (but significantly less expe

I have just become the hated neighbor… advice please!!!!
My wife and I had wake up at different times so regular alarms are a bit of an annoyance for each other. Instead, we bought a couple FitBits. The vibrating alarm works great. You could also use something fancy like a galaxy or apple watch, but they're pretty expensive if all you want is the alarm. Y
