Flair 49 Pro or Flair Pro 3? (First Manual)

I own flair pro 3. Problem, back to back shot workflow, need to disassemble the pressure chamber with hot water. You will need to be near a sink for clean up. 49 just knock the puck, wipe with towel and good to go. Built quality, the aluminium holding the chamber is not properly protected, and needs

This has evolved all the way to more recently almost unpressurized shots (SOUP shots). And prior to SOUP coarser ground faster flowing shots such

Espresso machine recommendations? [$600]

I was gifted a DeLonghi Dedica Duo and it's shockingly good. If it was my own money, I'd probably get a Flair 49 Pro + a countertop steamer.
