HD560 or HD490 pro for gaming?
The HD490 is superb, from what I've used for gaming so far; only had it for a day but it easily beats my Focal Clear MG for that usage.

Over ear headphone recommendations.
When I was in the market, I tested the Focal Clear MG ($1600) against the Sennheiser 800S ($2k). Buy once, cry once. I have vintage Yamaha receivers (CR-1020 and CR-2020) that can power these just fine on phono. But I use Cambridge Audio DACs for digital streaming. The 800S is, as the kids say, goat
