Confirmed: LDAC is not coming
I almost purchased the H100 but LDAC or APTX Adaptive is a necessity for me. Not having this on the H100 is the dumbest decision B&O could have made. I will never buy one now. I have the H95 now and it is my favorite headphone of all time. So the H100 would have been my next upgrade. I have owned So

Potential upgrade?
Just wanted to say, I bought the SR-80s, didn’t really get it, so gave up on Grados. Had some Focal Elegia but got bored of them. Bought some SR-325x on a whim and was blown away. Just the brightness and the details revealed lots more in my favourite music. Now selling the Focals.

Why is there almost no hype for TempoTec DAPs?
I just ordered the V3 Blaze from AliExpress. Kinda funny cause I was only shown it from chatting with Gemini about my requirements. Saw it was on sale for $250NZD and jumped on it, managed to cut the tax off it using Coins and coupon code. Arrives later this week so will update here on how I find it

Complimentary headphones question.
I'll take the Focal Elegia over Bokeh; I love the Bokeh because it's a work of art (and it is quite nice sounding), but it's not the BEST sounding closed back.

Sennheiser 620S on sale at 299$ in Canada
When I bought the HD620S last year, there were so little alternatives that I considered the Focal Azurys (it was just released at the time), The Focal Celestee (quite expensive but still in the competition) and the Focal Elegia (cheaper alternative to Celestee which remplaced it but was still availa

My Audiolab and Focal setup
I have a pair of Focal Aria 906s on Focal stands, and a Audiolab 6000CDT CD transport in my main system. I bought the 906s after falling in love with the sound signature of my 2 pairs of Focal headphones (Elear open back, Elegia closed back). They are wonderful. I would have gone for the 936 floorst

What makes the HD 660s2 so good
Owned hd 58x's for 8 years almost, they still work fine, I've replaced the foam once with OEM parts that cost like 5$. Retired them earlier this year for hd 650's that I've been daily driving since. Apart from Sennheiser's great sound, the build quality is absolutely legendary. Nothing I've had my h

What would be the closed back equivalent of the Hifiman Arya Stealth around the £500 region?
The closed back market is ... shallow, compared to the open-back. Nothing I've tried is really going to compete with the Arya for technicalities, but I personally find the Dan Clark Audio Aeon x Closed at $499 more fun to listen to with a lot of my music. Definitely not as resolving, but really quit

GAME THREAD: New York Knicks (3-1) @ Boston Celtics (1-3) - (May 14, 2025)
not gonna lie, after watching the Superman trailer, I jumped on Youtube, put on my Focal Elegia headphones and listened to Ken Thorne - Superman 2 - Theme [Extended by Gilles Nuytens]. No regrets.

My review of the Bose QC Ultra 2 headphones
If you have Android, download Wavelet... use 3 layers of EQ. The first one in the Bose app put everything +10 🤔( Don't worry, you will sort it out with Wavelet😊) !!!! In the Wavelet put Focal Elegia Auto Eq and combine it with the graphic Equaliser in the picture... You will say, this is the best he
