Justifying buying an XF10
Haha this could be me I'm on a overseas trip now with the original gr apsc I picked up cheap due to 2 spots of dust (Aud$430) . I have loved the size but I'm a Fuji fanboy . I've found it struggled with high contrast even more them older Fuji but I'm guessing newer models are a lot better .the big a

Camera suggestions
Counter, counter! The best camera is the one that is working in hand! But the X30 is a fixed lens, it looks like the XT10 can be had pretty cheaply, and lenses can be carried forward to new bodies. All together possibly more cheaply than than the X-T2.

Tamron lens to Fujifilm
To use your Nikon F mount Tamron lens on the Fujifilm X-T10 you need a Nikon F to Fujifilm X mount adapter. Before buying though a few important things to consider. Most affordable F to X adapters are manual focus only which means you lose autofocus completely. For street photography or casual shoot

Help me decide what mirrorless camera to buy!?
Sony shooter trying Fujifilm , in Single Focus mode the Fuji XT10(10 year old body) I grabbed is performing quite well so far. Here in US the newly released XT30 III (November 25th it was released) looks like a good option for $999.99 Body only, I think with the 15-45mm Kit lens $100 more but I tend

Indefinite travel: Tech/camera gear? Roast my packing list
Girl let me save you—I did your exact SEA/indefinite trek back in 2019. I brought my Fuji xt10+telephoto, and then—dismayed at my travel pack weight—I sent it home with a friend! I regretted it instantly, and spent the rest of my travels wishing I could get creative doing photoshoots with the wildli

I started abstract photography in 2022. Last year I finally feel comfortable in this niche
Yeah I’ve always tried to use every tool my camera gave me. I was limited to JPEGs and only one multiple exposure on my Fuji XT10. I used that for years but last December I got a Fuji Xt30iii that gives me unlimited ‘exposures’ and some radical white balance changes. I’m loving it

Should I consider buying a camera?
Getting an actual camera is a good idea, although iPhone photography is actually quite underestimated. In your case, since you are learning you should totally get something tactile and manual. And since you travel a lot it should be small, even more if you are used to a phone. But you should definit

Fuji XT-10 or XT-1 for first Fuji camera
I believe I just got a bad XT1 not that it doesnt work with newer AF lenses since the XT10 is essentially its baby brother and my TTArtisan 56mm F1.8 works perfectly with my XT10. I am still debating grabbing a 23mm F1.8 7Artisan lens for just walking around.

does such a camera exist?
At $519.99 I thought about it but ultimately grabbed a used XT10 instead, got a steal for $200ish , couple extra batteries n dual charger, TTArtisan 56mm F1.8 and 23mm F1.8 and still a bit under that $520. The X Halfs I saw werent direct from Fujifilm.
