$17 Cool-Touch Steam Wand for Classic Pro / E24
Very nice! I’ve had great success using Loogle’s jig if you have access to a 3D printer: https://www.printables.com/model/712788-gaggia-classic-pro-evo-cool-touch-steam-wand-jig

What are the differences?
Color the 49 and 51 are mostly the color codes. EDIT: Posting my commnent from below for clarification. Don't trust the Amazon description.Gaggia in their infinitely Italian wisdom uses Model: RI9380/46 for both the E24 and Evo pro models Brushed Stainless Steel model. My original comment the number

Profitec Go pressure profile?
You’re diverting the flow of water out the steam wand, so it’s like controlling pressure by adjusting the flow rate. I don’t think it’s bad for your machine, and people do it on the Gaggia Classic as well.

What machine would you keep of these two?
It’s a steam tip from Shades of Coffee. It makes all the steam pressure come from centre bottom, as opposed to from multi-direction as standard with the GCP. Highly recommend everything this place does. Here is the product: https://www.shadesofcoffee.co.uk/the-one-single-hole-steam-tip-for-the-gaggi

Favorite spot at home
I love it! It really feels like there are an abundance of features on it. Steaming is good and powerful, nothing like a commercial machine of course, but about 20 seconds for about 8 oz of milk. Pulls good shots, I enjoy the pre infusion and the option to set the temps of my boilers. The "schedule s

Honest Setup: Orange Peel Gaggiuino
Dripping steam wand of Gaggia Classic can be found even in the stone age stone carving pictures 😀 Gaggia is very consistent with it. It is not a bug - it is signature.

Anyone triggered by bambino owners ?
Nah, just kidding. I abandoned the Nespresso hell like 4-5 years ago. Enjoy your Marzocco, at the moment I'm truly happy having espressos with good beans, my Gaggia Classic E24 and a KINGrinder K6. This summer I'll update it with the Gaggimate Pro as a holidays project, and then I'll upgrade the gri

Going from Bambino Plus to Gaggia Classic Pro E24
I’ve been on the same path. Bambino for a year, then Gaggia E24.For the same beans you’ll have to grind a bit finer than for Bambino. Get a good tamper, the stock one is terrible. After that IMO the first upgrade you do should be a precision basket. The Bambino stock basket is very good, that Gaggia

have a dedica and a df54, what next?
I upgraded from a Dedica to a Gaggia Classic when my Dedica started leaking. It does feel much more like a 'proper' coffee machine and despite everyone saying milk steaming is bad on it for me it's still way better than on the Dedica. You will want to either learn about temperature surfing or look i

First serious espresso setup [$500-700]
bambino owner here (just the regular, not the plus, but same internals). honest take its a legit daily driver. hot in like 20 seconds, shots are consistent, pf is light so swaps are fast. biggest ding is its 54mm and plastic body so you feel the "starter" thing. also theres no real second barrier to
