Depends on the game I guess. I'm only interested in Fortnite and my G8 Galileo does not work with my iphone 17 (base/regular) Seems like you not might need or at least be better off with the MFi version

It doesn't add swappable faceplate It's basically iphone support and rumble at the cost of switch, xinput, and ds4 I want both android and iphone support but my regular/og G8 Galileo only supports android :(

In my case, I use the G8 Galileo USB controller like this. It occupys the USB port on the short end. If I plug in the USB dock like the image below, the power supply will move primarily to the dock and the controller is not usable. With G8 Galileo you will have to remove the case (I had to with every case I tested, even pretty thin ones, but it might be phone dependant). For X5 Lite I don't now since I got the X5s. G8 can perfectly be carried in a backpack (you'll probably wanna buy a case), but X5 is really smaller and comes
