Playing with an average of 170 bpm throughout a set. Should I be worried?

Smart watches wrist HR sensors can be very unreliable especially when shock is involved. Are right handed and wearing the watch on your left wrists but have a 2 handed backhand ? That might be enough to throw off the readings. Being a keen cyclist as a well as playing tennis - only light hitting wit

Favorite bike computer?

Garmin Edge 1050. Expensive but the larger screen is much easier for navigating. 1040 can probably still be found for a bit less. If you just want to collect data though it’s not really needed. I used mine for navigating in new areas but most of my rides are in areas I know well. So it’s overkill. B

HRV Tanked after 21.25 update

Same issue for me too that it made me worry about my general health , went to get checked up and everything is fine , sleep , skin temp , respiration , resting heart all solid this silly update made me force myself to even take 10 days off running to think my body needed to absorb the training etc b

Those of you who switched to garmin, was it worth it? Particularly for strength training?

I went back to Fitbit from my Epix gen 2. It was big, heavy and clumsy and I work shifts so the sleep tracking simply didn't work. Just my opinion, Fitbit are cheap, light and work well for my needs.

heart rate monitor

You may be in a minority, but it is a very real problem. I have been working on this for 5 months now with Support, talking with Bryce in this forum, and even had a video call with someone from the Helio Strap team. I have a Cheetah (Round), a T-Rex 3 (not pro), and a Helio Strap. Of the three, the

First time ever watch buyer. How many years out of Fenix 8?

Keep it until it dies which will usually 5+ years, or use it for 3 years then sell and upgrade. Having said that, I'm using an Epix Gen 2 from January 2022, but Garmin just replaced it for the forth time, so technically I have a brand new watch again, although only 2022 technology. It might do me 5+

What actually is good in Coros?

The Garmin Fenix 8's optical HR fell significantly behind the Polar chest strap.

It may be over complicated algorithms overriding sensor data because my Fenix 5x was far more accurate than my Epix Gen 2

My Fitbit died. Do I bother to buy another?

Apple watch battery is awful, I moved to a Garmin Epix gen 2 but it's bulky, heavy, expensive and the sleep tracking is not good when working shifts. I therefore went back to a Fitbit inspire 3, it's does enough, it has a 10 day battery life, it's light and so cheap I don't mind buying another one i
