What watches do Singaporean men/women wear for their daily driver?
Can't recommend the forerunner 55 now. I've had it for 3 years and the battery deteriorated faster than I thought. It has also started to randomly shut down DURING the workout which mega sucks. Get something with a better battery life. Coros seems to be doing some good stuff. The higher end Garmins

What have you bought for under $1,000 that has made the biggest positive change in your life?
Garmin Forerunner 55, $300, has barely left my wrist in 4 years. Improved my fitness and sleep. I've got 4 years of health and fitness data and never had to pay another cent after the initial cost. Still going strong.

I've been running 5k on a treadmill consistently over the last couple months at about a 31 minute pace. Finally decided to try running outside for the first time, and only made it a mile before I had to stop and walk.
Garmin Forerunner 55 or 165 will do exactly what you need! Honestly I think the whole subscription thing is being a bit blown out of proportion for those of us who stick to the lower price point watches like myself. I have the 165 and it’s phenomenal. Waterproof and has physical buttons so you don’t

Best watch for triathlon ?
I have a Garmin Enduro 2. It is spectacular. I've had it for a year and a half, and it works nearly 3 weeks with about 10 hours of activity a week, including 3-4 hours of GPS activities per week. I got it on sale for $600, which is almost half off. As far as elevation gain goes, do you use your watc

Can someone recommend an affordable watch to track steps?
Garmin all day long over anything else. Vívosmart is the most affordable. The current version is 5, but you can probably get an even more affordable previous model second hand on eBay or something. It would be better, IMO, to go up to the Forerunner 55 if you can swing it, but anything Garmin is goi

What smart watch do you use?
I am currently using a Garmin Tactix 8. However, there is basically no reason to be spending 1500 bucks on this watch if all you need is something to track your walks. The forerunner 55 is a great watch, super lightweight and very comfortable. It's actually the watch my work gives out to employees a

Looking for a recommendation for the cheapest watch that will track distance and time over a 50k without needing a phone
Refurbed Garmin Forerunner 55 from 'gpsgadgets' on eBay, got mine for £60 in Good condition and it was perfect, not a mark, battery seems to last for ages. They do have higher/better models too all at reasonable prices.

Garmin hodinky

Quale orologio prendere?
Have you looked at Garmin Forerunner 165? I am suggesting 165 because it is the cheapest of the more modern Garmin Forerunner models. If you are ok with an older model I believe Garmin Forerunner 55 is still solid, and Garmins last quite a long time. Of course more expensive ones have more features.

EDC to work
The forerunner 55 does the job. It’s basic when it comes to functionality. It’s been surprisingly robust given that I work in a hostile environment. Even the wrist band is very hardy! The battery lasts 12-14 days still after 1.5yrs. However, if it stops working, I would upgrade but would definitely
