Vivoactive 5

I switched from the Garmin Vivoactive 5 to the Amazfit Active 3 Premium. The only thing that’s a bit disappointing is the BioCharge and stress meter; Garmin’s Body Battery and stress tracking often matched how I actually felt much better, whereas Amazfit’s BioCharge feels a bit superficial at times.

Yes, weird. My Garmin Vivoactive 5 with an AMOLED screen costs £170 and lasts 10 days. It probably has better data insights than this as well.

If you care about exercise and do sports, Garmin is the way to go. You can get Venu 3 or Vivoactive 5/6 or Forerunner 255/965 for not too much money. Or maybe the Instinct 3. I only had this watch in my life so I can't say for sure, but it does help me a lot with pacing, I've seen people here recommending the Vivoactive 5 I think. Mine is the Forerunner 45 I've had it since 2023 and the battery still holds for an entire week.
